Giveaway number 2

In honour of the first anniversary of his death and birth, I would like to give a gift (or two) in George's name.

On offer:

"a page from my book" such as those pictured. Made from fine silver. With any name(s) and text on the front and back.

OR

For someone else, a double tiny tag made from sterling silver, such as these. With a name on one side and a date on the other (or whatever you would like stamped).

To enter:

Just leave a comment saying which one you would like for yourself or for a friend (a page or a tag) or if you don't mind which one you win, leave a separate comment for each! And don't worry if you've never commented before, please have a go! I post anywhere in the world.

I will assign a number to each comment and pick a winner using some sort of random number generator thingy on the 31st October.

AND

If you would like to order anything from my shop between 23rd and the 31st October send me an email or a message through my shop ("ask seller a question") with "20% off" as the subject and I will take 20% off the price for you.

The holiday season is fast approaching you know and there will be lots of new things listed tomorrow that make jolly nice gifts (if I do say so myself!) so do go and take a look! Ok ok enough with the self promotion.

  6. I'd like to enter, too, but I'd like to give my place/win away to someone else. You see, I have one of your lovely pieces already, given to me as a gift. So if i do win, it's not me to receive a prize but Eve's mum, L. I'll give you her details when/if the time comes.

    Thank you for doing this.

    love to you

  11. I would love to win something with "Akul" written on it. I really do not care what I win as long as it has my angel baby's name and as long as I can keep it close to my body in some way. You are so generous and this gift idea to memorialize another child while you honor George is excellent. I wish I could make jewellery.

    Thanks.

  14. They're both so lovely, Barbara. It's so nice to think of our babies names memorialized in any way. If I were to win my George's name etched in either piece would be lovely. So generous of you. And I'm *glad* you're self-promoting your work.

  15. This is such a wonderful gift you are offering. I do not mind which one I would get if I won, so I will make two separate comments. A page from my book, if I would be lucky enought to win that, would be for my friend Babette, engraved with her daughters name, Kara.

  18. I LOVE the first one, the page from a book! (I love the second one too, but I think that's mine in the picture ;-) which I haven't taken off since the day it arrived) I hope this doesn't make me greedy (and if it does please delete my comment and pretend I was never here!) but I would love the first little pendant to add to my 'collage' around my neck.

  25. Hi Barbara,

I adore my tags that I bought from yourself a few months ago (worn every day!) It will probably sound strange but I gain a bit of strength everytime I touch those tags. I find myself holding onto them whenever I talk about Logan. My daughter asked me the other day if I am ever going to wear a different necklace ever again and I said I will when I'm ready (I'm not ready)
I would adore a "Page from my book" with Logan's name on.
I'm coming up to his due date ~ 2 weeks on Thursday and finding it hard. I cry everytime I read your blog, apologies for not commenting all the time, but I am a regular reader.
