Turning a corner

Today we were cut up by two women hogging the footpath with their prams. One of them made a sarcastic "thank you" as they forced us into the bushes and pushed past us.

Ray said,

"When I'm pushing a pushchair I'm going to have chariot war wheels with big spikes, and then they'll have to get out of our way".

Hmmm... not too sure about the war wheels but this is a milestone. He hasn't talked about a future with a baby for a long time. Enter hope.

  6. Some people are just plain rude regardless of their family size. Love the chariot.

  7. B, sometimes people do not realize how unpleasant they can be by their mundane acts of rudeness.

I like Ray's attitude..I will send in iron spikes for the baby's pram! And yes, the way he says it, he seems to see it! Hope!

  8. Go Ray!! That really cracked me up!!! The first time Ron said something about another baby, I felt the same leap of joy in my heart. Hope - it's quite a miraculous feeling after what we've all been through.
    Thinking of you!!!
