But then the twins, and then their song, and then one thing lead to another . . . yes, it makes me smile to see birds in our backyard now. This winter we've had a cardinal as a regular visitor at our feeders for the first time. I've met a couple of babylost mamas who associate cardinals with their babies and when the cardinal visits us I think of them and feel less alone. And I associate ladybugs with my Sierra.Erika Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06150412288276955488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7456461102167226695.post-11142413643957794932010-02-02T17:22:04.183+00:002010-02-02T17:22:04.183+00:00Lovely little birdie pictures...beautiful. :-) Th...Lovely little birdie pictures...beautiful. :-) Thanks for sharing these. I need to go out in our backyard and really pay attention to what's there. When it snows, we get visits from 'dark eyed charcoal juncos' - my husband calls them 'white bellies'. They remind us of the birds in Kara's nursery and on her headstone, and they remind us that she is all around us. much love to you and Ray. xxooKara's Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07318794767415969151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7456461102167226695.post-16309649132712308442010-01-30T22:28:26.489+00:002010-01-30T22:28:26.489+00:00For me, it's snow that's a reminder, not a...For me, it's snow that's a reminder, not an animal.

The robins are so beautiful.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12523875341438470968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7456461102167226695.post-48957386669101938702010-01-30T18:46:20.198+00:002010-01-30T18:46:20.198+00:00What sweet little birds. It's funny that you should post this Barb, because I have been thinking or trying to find something that I associate Calvin with but nothing has come to me as of yet. It's wonderful you've found your messenger. Thank you so much also for your sweet comment on my blog, I think you're pretty wonderful too.
